Product Return Policy

Before shipping any items, you must read the following, fill out this form and supply the required items and documents. The form below will be submitted to customer support for approval. Customer support will contact to make arrangements for shipping. Do not ship anything before being notified.

For Returns

In the case of a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. There are no cash refunds for damaged or defective items. All returned items must include a copy of this form, a copy of the original invoice and the product in it's original packaging.

For Refunds

A refund may be granted for a product ordered in error. All processed orders will be verified by a phone before products are shipped. If the order was placed by mistake, only products returned in their original condition will be considered for a full refund. (ie. in the original shrink wrap and all seals unbroken). All returned items must include a copy of this form, a copy of the original invoice and the product in it's original packaging. If these criteria are not met the product will be returned to you. BoomerX Software will not reimburse the cost of shipping and handling. Only the cost of the product and the value of the applicable taxes will be refunded.
